I agree with the last review. My child was never in the day care before and had a difficult time adjusting. Every day i picked him up he was in the highchair, he could get out of this highchair on his own, so he was left sitting there for hours. Few days I found him sleeping in the highchair. I took him out of this daycare. Only thing they did well was feed the child. Child will not go hundgry at this place. Toddler area is very dark and depressing. I think they want the babies to sleep non stop. I would not recommend this place for toddlers, but area for 2 year olds looks ok. I don't like that they have TV on during naps, and it is turned on really loud. They are damaging childrens hearing. TURN THE VOLUME DOWN. Owner talks to much.
I had to took my kid out this place because it was so bad. I tried to work with the top people but they weren't help. They didn't want to hear about problems. They just wanted the money. The kids were always so loud there and they weren't watched all the time. It was so dirty too. I saw bugs on the floor against the wall and used tissues littered the bathroom. It was gorss. I needed to find a better place. I say don't go there.
My children attended this child care facility from 2002-2006 and the best description I can give is that my children did not receive the care that was paid for. There were not enough teachers to cover the amount of children there during most of the hours that this facility was open. Sometimes my one year old would be in a class with 20+ children and only one teacher. The kitchen was unattended and open various times throughout the day and on several occasions a child was pulled out of the kitchen (playing in mop bucket full of pine-sol) and placed back in her class and her teacher didn't even know she was missing. The one year old class was left without a teacher a few times and I viewed the tape with the director. Nothing was done about this incident. A child was slapped and yelled at in the two year old room and another was taped to a high chair. No one would investigate and there was an eyewitness to these events. I do not recommend placing your children here.
