The doctor was awesome, professional & knowledgeable. He made everything easy to understand and made this a relaxing visit.

The staff, from receptionist to all the technicians were a notch above. I was very impressed with all of them. Dr. Reiss was also impressive. He was straightforward and focused on my issues. He is someone I found easy to trust. I am glad I went to him for a second opinion

I liked Dr. Reiss so much and felt confident with his recommendations on treating my condition. He was very pleasant and spent the necessary time answering my questions and explaining everything even though it was very busy in their office. He did an excellent job giving me the laser treatment I needed in both eyes. I can't say how thankful I am that they worked me in quickly since I had a condition that needed treatment right away. All the staff were extremely nice and everything seemed to run like clockwork despite how busy they were. My thanks to everyone who I had contact with for being so pleasant, helpful and kind. A special thanks to Natasha who couldn't have been more pleasant and welcoming. I talked to her on the phone prior to my appointment and she helped me at the front desk both days I came in.

I guess because the practice is so busy, it’s difficult to be personable and engaged with the patient. More of a factory line feel to the process moving from one station to another. Dr Reiss communicated competence, but appeared to be in a hurry. Probably he was struggling to keep pace with the unending stream of patients.

Very professional office and still friendly. Everyone knows their job and the first initial visit was a good experience. Dr. Reiss explained and answered questions for upcoming surgery. He took his time to explaine and listen to any questions I had.

Was very anxious about my eye surgery. He reassured me that it was safe and took the time to answer my questions.

Doctor Reiss provided a very detailed explanation of my issues and the next steps needed.

I'm 39 and was diagnosed with narrow angle glaucoma, I'm so glad to have been referred to Dr. Reiss, he was very gentle and educating, he answered all my questions. I want to write a review because I'm super happy with how his staff and Dr. Reiss treated me. The laser treatment was not painful and it was quick. I was cleared by Dr. Reiss after follow up and feel great about my eyes. Again Thank you.

My experiences with Dr Reiss has been long standing. Here in the office I have had very good outcomes. He has always been professional even if I wanted otherwise. I would not change for any reason.
The practice of scheduling patients every 5 minutes apart drives me nuts but on the whole, it's always been worth sticking it out.
