I hired Comfort Wizards to do major AC repair and replacement work in my 10-year-old home in 2013 and again in 2015. First, a coil replacement on the second-floor original system that had failed. Then, running new conduits to a new sun room, followed by replacement of the first-floor system, including running a new conduit and vent to added room.



The work was done carefully, professionally, and with detailed explanation of what they were doing, what they had completed, and how to use all the new components.



I couldn't be more pleased with this company's work, fair pricing, and response to our needs!

I started using this company about 10 years ago and was satisfied. However, the last two service calls were a disaster. The way the company is run has changed. They make a service call, you pay - and they leave. THEN later that day (hopefully) they call back and want to know if you want them to purchase the part you need and will come back and put it on. Then you pay again. They were to put a cut-off on my air handler - and never came back to do it. Then on the next service call it was $15 more for that same part. I phoned last week and left my number when my heat pump froze up. That has been 5 days, and I have yet to get a return call. Thankfully I knew how to get it running and I'm looking now for a company that is run like this one once way. Very disappointed.



February 9, 2016 - Harley Noble, owner of this company just phoned and offered me a free service call due to my frustration in the past. He is honest and will make things right.

Harley and his crew did a fabulous job installing our new HVAC system. It works better now than when our home was new. I would recommend COMFORT WIZARDS to anyone needing repairs or a complete new unit. They did our job on the day they said they would even though it was pouring rain all day. Thank you Harley for a job well done.

Our furnace recently broke and was not putting out hot air. We contacted an HVAC company, which came twice, charged us over $500, and it still did not work. They told us we needed to replace our heat exchanger for over $2,300! I received a referral about Comfort Wizzards from a neighbor. Harley came that day to our house and found that the only problem was the P-trap did not have water in it. He fixed that and saved me $2500! I highly recommend this company and they have earned my loyalty!

Dishonest business - Do not Use !

They quoted me unnecessary work, customer service is horrible.

Basically stole the $ for the service call, never returned to finish the work.



Should not be allowed to continue to do business !



Too bad I once star is the lowest. Need a new category for these guys !

Very disorganized company. Customer service is poor. They offer service agreements but make sure THEY don't "forget" to setup your account, or you will be forgotten too. Staff sounds unknowledgeable, maybe they have high turnover or poor training. Call someone else...

Worst experience ever.

I called them to install a system to replace an old oil system in a rental house. Their quote was the lowest and they installed in a timely manner. That was the only good part. My tenants called me on a regular basis saying that the unit would not cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Isn't that what a heat pump is suppose to do? Service call after service call during the first year resulted in them extending the warranty for another year. Again, the unit would not work. More service calls. Tenants were frustrated, had to miss work for service calls, put space heaters in during winter and window AC units during summer. Woman who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. Owner has yet to call me after over two years. Have suggested replacing the unit but they place the blame on Carrier and say nothing. I have recently threatened law suit and complaint to the licensing board if not fixed or replaced soon. Run from this company.

Horrible customer service.

Initially, the office staff was pleasant. When we had to call back after the unit was not fixed the first time, they were extremely rude and reluctant to help us. It took multiple trips to fix the unit. I will never use this company again and strongly urge you not to.
