Chuck came by for my bi-annual check up for my air conditioner. I was happy with his customer service skills, and professionalism. Everything is working fine and he made recommendations on things that can be done to improve the heating in the winter as well as some non-related service companies for something else I need done with my house. Also, It's very nice they all wear foot protection when coming into your home...very happy.

Just completed my second service call with Aire Service Heating and AC. From the time they called me to schedule my service appointment to the time the technician left my house, they were a friendly, informative group of people. Scheduling was easy and quick. The technician (Chad) called my house prior the morning of my appointment and told me exactly what time he would be there....and he got there ON TIME. He was very thorough with his inspection of the furnace and AC units and explained everything in detail to include answering all of my questions. Prior to leaving, he suggested some improvements. I have been extremely happy with the company and will continue to use them.

Chad with Aire Serve came out to fix our broken AC unit on the hottest day of the year. Our unit is only 3 years old and should not have an issues but it is a standard unit used by builder. Chad was very responsive and I was surprised by his honesty. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution. He even gave advice on how to get more out of the unit. The house/HVAC is only 3 years old and l signed up for a maintenance contract. I wanted to establish a relationship with Chad and Aire Serv because things happen. I need the peice of mind that somebody will be there if this happens again. I am happy with the service and happy with the new contract. I recommend.

With respect to how professional and courteous Aire Serve's employees were, I cannot say enough. From scheduling (which was a breeze and a pleasant process) to the technician who stayed to ensure that every item of concern was addressed and resolved; the professionalism, courteousness, and expertise were paramount. Throughout the entire work process, Chad the technician had a great demeanor and tackled every concern. His suggestions after the work was complete were honest and straightforward. I highly recommend this company to anyone and am planning on using them in the future.

Aire Serv is competent, fair and does great work. They come out in all weather for each emergency. I appreciate the email I receive with the technician's photo so I know whom I am expecting. Chad has been thorough, kind, very tidy and always up for the puzzle my systems seem to be. We won't let anyone else in the house!

Received excellent, reasonable, and honest service. Scheduled a tune-up and safety check after receiving a mailer coupon. Technician was available sooner than the appointed time slot but had no issues with the fact that I had only planned to be home at the allotted time. Although my system is 17-18 years old system checks were found to be generally below normal for such an old system (a system check a previous year by a different company supposedly found the system checks to be a lot higher and recommended numerous miscellaneous repairs). Technician made one small repair suggestion and recommended investigating replacing the unit (entirely reasonable given the age) but was not pushy about it. After the previous company tech charged $200!!! for cleaning the outdoor condenser, AireServe tech rinsed with water hose and suggested I could do the same periodically. (what a difference!!) Would definitely recommend and will definitely plan to use again.
