General Info
A native of suburban Philadelphia, Dr. Hoffrichter completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 1991. After finishing his four years of dental training at the New York University College of Dentistry in 1995, he continued on to pursue specialty training in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, and surrounding area hospitals. Upon completion of his residency training in 1999, Dr. Hoffrichter moved to Newport, Rhode Island, to accept an associate position in private practice. In late 2000, he moved back to Maryland, where he lives in Frederick County with his wife, Barri, and their children, Andie and Adam. A native speaker of English, Dr. Hoffrichter is also fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language. Dr. Hoffrichter is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been practicing in Frederick since early 2001.

this is not my first time with this doctor office and all i can say it was the best decision when i choose this office.
They pulled all my teeth out and drilled holes in my mouth. The experience was fantastic. LOL
The registration was made available which was a big plus, especially being an older individual. The friendliness and honesty was very evident with all staff. I would have no fear coming here again like I might have with a different provider. I would highly recommend this practice. It is a people practice that treats you with respect and many smiles.
Dr. Hoffrichter has a wonderful bedside manner, and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. He is also wonderful at what he does. I would highly reccommend him.

Dr. Hoffrichter is an intelligent and talented doctor. He has done a great job with both of my children. While I understand he is very busy, spending a little more time with each patient may ease the minds of uneasy patients.

was very nervous about doing this a little afraid but i have to tell you from the beggining i was explained everything in detail and it made me feel better and more at ease i was really afraid of the pain i had in my mind i would experience after just having all of my teeth removed but i have to tell you i keep waiting for the pain to come and it never did not at all i was so amazed l love the care and thoughtfulness of this office its staff from front office to the doctor i know who i WILL recomend
