The movers arrived on time and everything went really smoothly. Nothing was broken or damaged when they made the delivery. This company truly made our move easy. Relocation is always unpredictable and the moving companies dont really help much. At least thats what I thought till I hired Atlas moving system for my last move. This company is just so good. They did everything right. They showed up on time, boxed everything properly and delivered on time. The movers were all such strong men. It is a hard job but they carried everything with strength and enthusiasm. Their energy was almost infectious. The final bill came slightly over the quote but the initial estimate was very low. I think everyone should just hire them and get rid of their relocation worries.

We have used Atlas moving system many times already and I would never hire another moving company but them. Each time, they did a fantastic job. They were on time and each and every person working on our move was professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. It was also apparent the team worked well together and respected their teammates. They were very careful with all of our belongings, taking measures to protect our furniture with moving blankets and various wraps. They were continuously working and only stopped for their lunch break. Their prices were fair and reasonable. In my opinion, people who have hired Atlas moving system would have definitely had the most amazing moves of their lives. I hired them last month and they impressed me so much with all the resources and experience they have. The movers were great. They were punctual and efficient. They carried my big pieces of furniture with ease. They were careful while maneuvering the furniture through the house. The delivery was made after 7 days as requested. Thankfully every piece of furniture made it to my new house in good condition. God knows how they managed to be so efficient at such a low price. I will gladly recommend them to everyone.

After many weeks of receiving quotes and doing tons of research I decided to go with Atlas moving systems. Their sales rep seemed very knowledgeable when answering all of my many questions about the process. They were not the cheapest company that contacted me but I was assured that all costs were included up front. When the guys arrived, they were very fast and efficient and handled all of my stuff with great care. At the end of the move, my total cost was exact as my estimated cost. Before I knew it the move was complete! I couldn't be happier and I would definitely recommend this moving company.

To be honest, I was never satisfied with the moving companies. Sometimes they behaved badly or they threw my belongings on the truck carelessly. Atlas moving systems is truly a genuine moving company. All their moving crews did an awesome job, never disappointed me! They provided same size boxes which became easier to stack in the truck. My stuff was safe and secure under their supervision. This was my first move that I didn't have anything broken! Doing a long distance move was a piece of cake experience thanks to Atlas moving system. This company charged us with a reasonable price. Their sales rep was always just a phone call away and he sent over the friendliest crew ever. They were on time and so nice! They packed all of our fragile items with blankets, shrink wrap and bubble wrap. They even protected the floors and walls. And when they came for delivery, all was there safe and sound. I am proud to say that this moving company does a hell of a job!

I was extremely disappointed with my service from Atlas Moving Systems. While they may have picked up things up when I needed them to and delivered them on time, the in-between times, getting confirmation of those dates, the lack of information and miscommunication internally, the lying to me to secure my deposit was simply unacceptable. To begin, I did my research before choosing Atlas Moving Systems to help me with my move. I spoke with 8 moving companies in total to better understand who would do the best job at the most reasonable price. Please note that I was not looking for the cheapest price, just reasonable. Out of all of the quotes and reviews I read and people I talked to (yes, I actually reached out to people who had used these services previously), it seemed as though Atlas Moving Systems would be the best fit. I moved to New York City and I understood the nuances of that move and specifically asked the sales representative if there would be additional costs incurred for a shuttle service on top of the price he quoted me and he assured me that there would not be. However, 4 days before the movers were expected to come and pick up my belongings, the quality assurance representative confirmed that there would be an additional fee for a shuttle service. The blatant lies to get me in the door and to secure my deposit was unfair and let me in a position, given the last-minute notice, where I couldn't go to another mover. On top of that, the lack of internal communication at Atlas was astounding. I started keeping track of my calls into the company - I called 42 times over the course of the month that I was trying to organize my move. 42 times. Their logging system never kept track of my previous calls. I was passed around multiple times every time I called and had to reexplain my situation. This was stress that I did not need in a cross-country move. The biggest issue was getting a copy of a certificate of insurance (COI) that I could send to my apartment complex to reserve an elevator slot. I literally asked for a copy for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks before the movers came to pick up my stuff. Multiple representatives claimed that they were going to send me one - never got it, so I had to call in again, and again. After 4 weeks of calling and getting the beat around, at 9 pm the night before the morning (at 11 am) the movers are expecting to move my stuff in, I get an email with the COI that they want me to send to my apartment complex to confirm the elevator reservation that I have been trying to secure for weeks. Literally 14 hours in advance. What kind of notice is that? This was a Sunday, mind you. No one was working at my apartment complex. I had called in on Friday at 5 pm and was told that since they hadn't gotten me the COI that Atlas would not be moving me in until Tuesday or Wednesday. Lack of internal communication. Again. And again. Then they move my stuff in. Things are damaged or broken. My tool box - the one thing I need to get settled into my new place is lost. A leg to my dresser is broken and now I can no longer use it. This was simply a nightmare and unnecessary stress in a cross-country move that was already extremely stressful. While they make have got my things from point A to point B, I will never use Atlas Moving Systems again. If you like peace of mind, then I would not recommend you use them either.

These guys managed to pack and transfer everything we had in our 4 bedroom house and moved it within short notice. We are a family of 6 and it was already hard enough for us to pack the little things we owned. Now we are doing great in our new home thanks to Atlas moving system. My husband and I paid good price, nothing over our monthly salaries. And the team did a flawless job. Real professionals!

If I am asked to describe how Atlas moving system has performed while moving all my furniture to my new house, I can explain it in two words: totally professional. They did an amazing job while moving my belongings to the new house. I was worried about the possible damages but nothing like that happened. The crew who worked was also very nice and hard working.
