We just transferred to a townhome at the end of February. After moving a few days later I seen a roach in the bathroom. The bathroom vents were dirty, towel rack glued to the wall an which fell down as soon as we put a towel up, and my daughters closet door wouldn't close. I contacted the leasing office and one of the workers told me they only come out to spray once a week and I had to go on a list and to clean the vents myself. We had to buy Roach bate ourselves cause everybody knows it doesn't take roaches long to spread through your house. Since then we haven't seen any. They put a work order in for the vents and the closet door at the end of February early March no one came til March 17. I noticed that none of the repairs were made so I called again a few days later. They came back on March 27 while I was sleeping in the bedroom "un-dressed". I jumped out of the bed asked who's there he responded maintenance I asked him to leave and closed the door behind him. He scared the hell out of me. I called the leasing office they explained that's how they do things. They knock and then enter. I can't say rather or not he knocked bottom line is I was sleeping and it takes them weeks to respond to work orders and no-one knows when they are coming. I can't til our lease is up. To any one out there Do Not move in Riverchase Apartments the customer service and sucks, they have changed managers at least 3 times in the two years we've lived here, they don't respond to Any work orders in a timely manner. They Don't deserve 1 star.
