Ive lived here since January of last year. I doubt anyone but Ashley could have had the energy to get me to being here (This company owes her big time, she makes this place tolerable) but I will not be renewing my lease. The maintenance company are nice people but every time they come here, instead of replacing it, it just gets rigged to work for another week or so then goes right back out. Paying almost 900 a month but you guys cant avoid to replace a toilet that's older than I am? Took a year for them to replace the oven that was literally older than my mother, but I put in enough work orders for it (INCLUDING ON CHRISTMAS DAY) that i was gracious to learn the name of every maintenance man they have. Ive also had two leaks that seaped through the carpet because of the maintenance people hiring guys who really dont know what they are doing. My most recent one included having to wait to have the AC AND hot water fixed cause they were short on maintenence people (like Timberland Partners isnt making enough money to hire another company as a backup if i alone am paying 900 in a 2 bedroom unit that doesnt even have updated aplliances or cabinetry -_-) and a frosted AC that i had to have thawed out. Apparently this "maintence" guy didnt realize that when ice melts...it turns into water! So it was just left to seep into my carpet. After breaking my vaccuum trying to get all the water out the first time, the SECOND time (because apparently there was a LOT of water in there) it seeped in the carpet even more and not having all the water removed created a moldy carpet smell throughout my whole apartment. I told them i needed someone to do something people since he should not have just left all this water to just seep into the carpet. The latest guy get the water out with a carpet cleaning vacuum then says i now need to keep the two big driers running for 48 hours straight to dry it! NEW OWNERS SUCK!

1. Manager is unprofessional and Rude.

2. Does not fix things in your apartment in a timely manner.

3. Apartment outdated and mutiple promblems with appliances.

4.Maintence workers don't leave any paperwork when they are in your apartment or fixing something on your apartment. You dont know who is in and out of you apartment.

Very nice place to live & nice area. Very interested in making it my next home.
