ARNP Solberg was very thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. It was my first telemed visit and she quickly put me at ease with her thoughtfulness and understanding. I have been in chronic pain for several months and in a Covid world, my care has been fragmented making a diagnosis challenging. ARNP Solberg was the first person who took the time to get the information needed to identify an appropriate treatment. However, due to my weight, I was not eligible to receive the treatment at Genesis. This was difficult information to share but she handled it beautifully with grace and kindness. She also identified an alternative so I can find relief. ARNP Solberg has my confidence, my trust, and my thanks.
