Very professional, good selection of dresses
I have just ordered my mother of the bride dress from Fifi's. While the outside of the store is uninspiring, it has a lovely space for dress trying on, racks of dresses, and Amanda really knows her inventory. A very pleasant experience so far!
I had a wonderful experience at Fifi's bridal. I am in search of a mother of bride dress. I met with Amanda. Amanda was very helpful with good insights into color and styles that will work best for me. Amanda has excellent follow up in assisting me . The store has a large collection of dresses to try on . Amanda was very knowledgeable about the dress options and colors available making the whole process very smooth. THANK YOU !!
Fifi and Amanda were amazing! They made me and my Dress Crew feel so comfortable and like part of the family. This was my very first time looking for wedding dresses and (to my surprise!) I found The Dress and said yes! It was a bit over my budget, but they gave me a discount which brought the price right back to the number I gave them! Wonderful service, I would highly recommend Fifi’s Bridal.

This place is terrible. I brought my wedding dress and the first thing that the lady did was tear my bags off the dress and then tell me that she sells a bag for $25 after she ripped the bags off completely and I couldn't reuse them anymore. This should have been my first indication that I should leave. She then asked me to try on my dress and I had the dress on for a minute and she looks at it then says she couldn't see about the hem and I need to take it off... After I had tried to show her in the first place. Then I take my dress off and she handled my dress like it was a rag. She then proceed to go into another room where I followed her and she cut the string that connect the lace overlay and my dress together without my permission and she proceeded to try and cut the seam of my dress and I had to stop her she was acting completely unprofessional. Who cuts a bridal dress and tries to cut a seam without the permission of the customer. I was irate. If you want your close to be stepped on and carried around like a rag then go here. I'm not one who even writes reviews but I couldn't believe this place and the treatment that she gave. Seriously Terrible. Do not go here it's not worth your time and the experience it's terrible.
