I had adopted a dog from the pound and took him to the vet because he came down with kennel cough (from what the pound told me anyway). I asked the receptionist if they did a payment plan since I get paid weekly and she said it was up to the doctor. We saw the doctor and he wrote a prescription because it was an acute respiratory infection and he sent us to check outwith the okay of the payment plan. The check out person's attitude was so unprofessional that it was infuriating. She gave us the amount of $85.00 for the total bill and when we told her that we were opting for a payment plan; she told us "If you can't pay for a vet bill, you shouldn't have a pet." This treatment is completely unacceptable. We paid the 85.00 up front because we didn't want to deal with her again.

Very helpful and friendly, they have always be considerate and kind , I have had dogs and cats that they have cared for and I have been pleased with all they have done for me and my animals. PM

The vet that saw my cat did not introduce himself to me, did not do an overall examination of my cat, was rough, required that I hold my cat while she was getting shots rather than have a vet tech do it, and gave me inaccurate information. He did not value the life of my cat, so how can he be a good vet?
