This was the first time I used LP&H services. Chris from LP&H was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable that he knew what was wrong and what needed to be done! He didn't try to 'sell' me something; he provided me with excellent insight on options to avoid this issue in the future. He was also quick to provide me with estimates and comparisons - which I appreciate! Overall, I found the work to be a little pricey, however, it is guaranteed for one (1) year. Also, I received a reduced service call rate for being a first time customer, which was a nice surprise. They also offer numerous coupons on their website. Finally, Chris used 'shoe covers'; I am grateful that each time he went outside to his van, he took the covers off and replaced them before entering my home. Thank you! not many repairmen think of that! Thank you Chris!

Dan and Rich where very helpful. They were very nice while working in my home and did a very nice job of replacing my old water heater. I would gladly work with them again if I need more work done in my home.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with Kevin Jones' work and with Lancaster Plumbing and Heating overall. Kevin showed up on time and fixed our sewer problem in MINUTES. And this after we had another contractor come the day before and not only be unable to fix anything but charged us an exorbitant price for doing nothing for hours. Shame on them! All I can say is Thank God there are people like Kevin out there taking care of us in our homeowner emergencies. I will not go anywhere else for my plumbing and heating needs from now on. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed a plumber right away. Abel came right away and fixed the leak in the most cost-effective manner in which he could. Then he looked at the rest of our plumbing system to make sure that nothing else was at risk. He made recommendations for other work we could have down the road but told us not to worry about making major changes yet. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. He gave us crayons and a coloring book for our daughter too! We think he's an incredible guy!

It started with a check of my plumbing system. This is included in my very reasonable yearly contract with Lancaster Plumbing & Heating. Dan came out to check my system and was fast and thorough. I was having a problem with an older toilet which could not handle my sons.. well you get the idea. Unfortunately and not to my knowledge my son had left an "example" which was very embarrassing. Dan didn't blink an eyelid and suggested a new throne which had a higher capacity and it was installed quickly and professionally, also by Dan. This was very reasonably priced and he made sure I could take advantage of all applicable discounts. I hope he can personally handle all my future plumbing needs as he was great. Also Lancaster Plumbing & Heating's dispatch dept. kept in touch with me throughout. KUDOS!

We had a major clog of tree roots in our main sewer pipe, in addition to some damaged pipe, and Abel was the guy who was on the job from start to finish. He and Greg so diligently got the pipe unclogged, then Abel and Kevin came in and installed a whole new pipe from the house down to the township sewer line, along with a new vent and cleanout. I had a lot of questions along the way and Abel, so kindly and patiently, answered each one. He was so diligent and he didn't give up until our problem was fixed properly. They even re-seeded our yard after being all dug up. It was just a very professional job from start to finish. When I first called in and the receptionist said, "How can we make you smile today?", it really did make me smile because I figured we had a pretty big problem. I knew I had the right company. I would call Lancaster Plumbing and Heating again for any repairs in the future.

She was very kind, concise, and well mannered. She called back to tell me Abel was on the way. When Abel arrived, he was well groomed, well spoken, had kind eyes, and warm words of compassion for our situation. Not only did he fix our problem in less than five minutes, he offered many tips and suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again, and how to not make it worse if it ever did happen! Very nice man! We will definitely be using them again in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with the service from Lancaster Plumbing. Greg came out around 10:00 and checked our well bladder and determined that it was water-logged. He gave me an estimate for receiving a new well pump and bladder. At that point I agreed, we had no water. He went back to the shop and got all the materials and another gentlemen, Abel came with him to install the pump and replace the bladder. Both of them were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were a big help and got everything done about 4:30. I was pleased with the work and the fact we had water. They both did a terrific job. Thank you.

Mark is a very thorough technician and was the first to check the humidifier and clean it and check replacing the filter. He also was the first to clean the condensate drains and the pump, which really needed it. I will ask for Mark every time we have Heat Pump service. He is also a very pleasant person to talk to. I highly recommend him.

Mark explained what he would be doing and what other things I should do to have an efficient air conditioning system.Mark was patient and helpful..he is VERY knowledgeable of his job and up to date. I appreciated his honesty..HE was not in it just for the sale of a product or service..THIS WILL MAKE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
