Do not trust these people to clean your rugs. They take them away to clean them and never return them and figure you won't follow up because it costs more to sue them or take them to court than the value of your rug. They took my family heirloom Persian rug 4 months ago and refuse to return my calls, emails, or most importantly my rug!
