In the past couple months, I have had the pleasure of three amazing women from MaidPro; Amanda, Regina & Masdelyn clean my apartment. They are all phenomenal! My apartment was the cleanest it has ever been. Living in NYC, our biggest problem is dust. Even without ever opening the windows, everything just gets covered. These three women cleaned my apartment with the same care and attention to detail they would use in their own homes. When they finished, my hardwood floors were spotless, my furniture and curios (and there are a lot!) were dust free, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling and area rugs vacuumed. Love it! Aside from the peace of mind a bonded and insured cleaning company provides, I’ve always found MaidPro to be very accommodating with their scheduling and services, even if it’s a last minute request. I would highly recommend giving John and his colleagues a call to set something up.
I've been using MaidPro for over a year and have been very happy with them. My cleanings have been uniformly excellent; other than a closet light being left on, just once, I can't think of anything they could have done better in all of those cleanings.
Not only have I been impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the cleanings, I've been very happy with the office staff as well. A few months back, a glitch in my building management office's computer system prevented the staff from allowing MaidPro access to my apartment (MaidPro comes when I'm at work, and my building staff allows them in). The person who came to clean patiently waited for hours, but the problem wasn't resolved until that night. MaidPro sent someone else to do my clean just two days later, paid both the first person and the person who did my rescheduled clean, and didn't charge me an extra cent.
I highly recommend MaidPro.
Maidpro is great to work with and leaves our home feeling fresh and clean. Anytime something has come up they have been easy and flexible with us and our schedule and needs. I would highly recommend Maidpro to family and friends and I will!
