My experience started in the parts department 2 months ago which lead me to the sales floor today. The service technical and sales man, Rafael DaVila, guided me in the direction I wanted to be, not the way they wanted. Purchasing was within my budget, I did not feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Rafael as a salesman. I am in sales myself and the only thing I don't want is to be pushed into a decision. A+ Service I will recommend to anyone I know is looking for a new or used car.
