A number of issues cropped up with my laptop when I was updating to Windows 7. They took it in at end of the day on Wednesday and they had it ready by Thursday (I had to pick it up Friday). Staff was friendly and professional, and pricing was fair, and adjusted to my situation. Id go back.

I had the most amazing customer service experience with Luyet Computer Company. My Dell desktop (saddled with Windows Vista) suddenly went haywire. I could print a file in Word or PPT but not in Excel or PDF .I got a strange message that my IE was version 0.0.0.0.Etc. Help boards did not help. I did not want to buy a new desktop but wondered if my machine could be saved. Luyet Computer Company made a house call and solved everything. They created a new administrator profile, installed new anti-virus software and, best of all, made sure I understood everything before they left. Magic!
