Had a very strange computer issue on a desktop that was under warranty. Was in need of sound advice and patiently heard my issue and rather than insisting I bring it in, offered advice to troubleshoot on my own so I can send in to the manufacturer if it's a hardware problem. They completely eliminated the virus, all files were restored, set us up with great virus protection that was free and all was done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.
