      Dr Fulks did a skin graft on my right ankle. He is an excellent surgeon and very caring towards his patients. He is top notch!!!

      From my first visit to Columbia Plastic Surgery I felt very well taken care of. Dr Fulks did a WONDERFUL job. I would recommend Columbia Plastic Surgery to anyone.

      Dr. Fulks was nothing but patient and caring while taking care of me. He answered all of my questions and my results were really outstanding. The entire office was sweet and caring. I would highly recommend Columbia Plastic Surgery!

      Dr. Fulks is very caring and thorough. His staff is warm and welcoming. I went for a simple injection but I will definitely give him all of my "cosmetic" business. Thank you for making me feel so important.
