Ray did a great job. He was prompt and professional. The company called 30 minutes before his arrival and told us who to expect. We are pleased with the service we get from ARS.

Provided great service and detected non functioning parts on both units. Followed up with replacement compressor and spent time carefully installing new part.

Chris G. is a very nice young man and gave a thorough inspection of the Hvac system. Changed batteries in the thermostat and checked the filters. Very professional attitude. I would definetly ask for him for my spring inspection.
Had a problem with my AC after a recent service. Marc responded immediately and we scheduled a next day call back to identify the problem. He was courteous, informative and professional. He took care of the problem the next day. On two other occasions Marc provided ARS services and advised me of money saving options to upgrade my system's satisfaction. He is very helpful and takes time out to explain things. Excellent service.

Ray inspected my gas pack and heat pump units for my semi-annual service protection plan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a couple of minor issues and he took the time to discuss those with me and even fix them if possible, or else make recommendations. Overall, he did a great job.

Chris G was very polite, knowledgeable & very aware of the customer's home. He did his job in a very professional way and was eager to answer any concerns I had
Chris G came to check my system to see why the compressor did not come on when thermostat was set on cool. He fixed the thermostat wiring and leveled the thermostat as well as checked all the wiring on the air conditioner. He also checked the blower unit and tightened some wires. In addition, he cleaned the coils which had not been done when serviced a month ago. Chris explained everything he did and answered all my questions. He was profession, courteous and very personable. I am extremely pleased with his service and very satisfied with the experience. In my opinion, Chris is a model professional. His work ethic is of the highest quality, in everything he did, it was as if he was working on his own unit and I couldn't be more pleased. A+ Service!
Ray T was an excellent technician.
Highly recommend this company. They work in conjunction with Home Depot and they were great. I had my new AC unit in less then 7 days from contact. The workers cleaned up the area and were very proffesional. Lewis provided a follow up call, I told him that I could not get my exit pipe secure so he came out the next day and secured the pipe. My house is now consistantly cool. Great Company/ Great People.

Marc was the technician who came to service our A/C system. He did a great job for us. Yesterday morning we awoke to water soaking through our ceiling in the family room because the condensation drain on the air handler in the attic was plugged and the water overflowed the catch pan and soaked the ceiling. I had gone up in the attic and vacuumed the water out of the catch pan so there was no more damage, but I did not solve the problem. That is why you call in guys like Marc. They know what to do because they have done it before and know what to look for. He blew out the drain line with high pressure gas and tested the drain until he was satisfied that it was working properly. I had blown a fuse on the unit when I was trying to determine if the catch basin float switch was working and again he knew right where to look. All in all a very professional job. My thanks to Marc for getting our A/C unit working. You know it is HOT in South Carolina in the summer!

Marc came quickly and had our bad fan motor on our HVAC unit changed out within a couple of hours. Very professional and competent!!
