Marc arrived on a Sunday at the time promised. Efficient in his troubleshooting, he found our problem in a reasonable time and applied a fix. Explained as he went and answered my questions. Very impressed overall and would request him if I need another service call.

Wes diagnosed and repaired a condenser fan burnout on our HVAC unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in each step of the repair. He also noted an adjacent problem in another unit and performed service on that one. Had he not mentioned this to us, we would have been looking at another repair down the road. I will specifically ask for WES when I call ARS the next time. Great technician! Thanks

I received excellent service from ARS during an emergency situation. The customer service was friendly and attentive. The technician arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My problem was diagnosed and handled in a timely fashion. Based on this experience, I would recommend ARS to others.

Marc deserves a 5 star because of his professionalism, knowledge and diligent. He educated and enlightened my knowledge of the product in use as he walked me through his findings and corrections step by step.. Assessment, problem analyses and resolution was handled with calmness and reassurance. He is an asset to the company and I can recommend him to a higher level with ease. Keep up the good work Marc and thanks for solving my air con's chronic problem. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

I highly recommend ARS and Ray for prompt and efficient service. The appointment scheduler was very nice on the phone. Since my heater was out, she made sure to set an appointment that day to have it checked. Delivery of the repair part took a couple of days, but luckily it warmed up so we were fine. Ray was always on-time and very friendly as well. My dog even liked him. :) He did an excellent job and now we have heat again!

Chris was here early. He insisted on wearing those shoe coverings while in the house even though I told him it was not necessary. He explained the recommendations he made. He apologized for turning up the thermostat so far as I keep the house about 64 degrees. He was very efficient and professional. If possible, I would like him to do the servicing in the future.

If I could rate only my experience with the service technician Marc, I would give him 5 stars. Marc was very professional and solved all of the problems I had with my heating system. However, I have had numerous, repetitive problems with the call center/customer service as far as scheduling. During this last appointment, the technician was 3 hours and 15 minutes late. I was told after him being one-half hour late, that he would arrive within the next 30 minutes. I waited an additional 2 hours and 15 minutes until his arrival. I have politely addressed this issue in the past with the call center/customer service and stated that I understood emergencies happen, but this is every appointment of mine and 3 or 4 hours beyond my appointment time after someone calls and says he is on his way to my home. If I could rate ARS's technicians they would get a 5. If I could rate the call center/customer service they would get a 1.

I was very happy with the service and treatment of the technician; however, the customer service needs improvement. I have dealt with this company for 2 years and they always call and tell you the technician will arrive in a specific period of time (e.g. 30-45 minutes) and it is 2-3 hours later. Or they tell you he is en-route to your home and will arrive in approximately 5 minutes and it is 45 minutes or more, later until his arrival. This is my only complaint about the company but it is a repetitive problem and is very, very annoying. They need to be more accurate with their time frames and when they call and tell you the tech. is on their way, they really need to be on their way, not 2 hours later.

Ray T. came to the house for our semi-annual checkup on the HVAC system. As always, he and the rest of the ARS team were professional, personable, and thorough in their service. They take their time in making sure that the customer is HAPPY, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
