      We work with them during major storms and they do and EXCELLENT job booking rooms and helping us out with the services and food we need. Great rooms and excellent people to work with.Ameren

      Come savor our World Famous Pepper Loin. We marinate whole beef tenderloin in olive oil and fresh herbs and spices for 48 hours. It is then rolled in cracked pepper, kosher salt, and our house blend of spices, sliced into medallions and grilled to perfection. Served with our House Mustard Sauce, it melts in your mouth! Porter's features hand cut steaks and chops, and fresh seafood flown in daily. Our award winning wine list features over 200 bottles from every corner of the wine growing world. Jeff, our wine steward, would be happy to help you make a selection that will pair perfectly with your meal. Located in the newly-renovated Collinsville Doubletree Hotel, Porter's features Private Dining Rooms to accommodate parties from 3 to 300. A full suite of A/V equipment is available, as well as guest rooms for your overnight travelers. Please email Ben Joseph to reserve a Private Dining Room. Cheers!
