The managers that work here are not professional. obviously sitting on the phone with a personal call is more important than taking care of a customer and you get ignored while you are standing in line waiting for service while they are right in front of you and you have to ask them for their attention and instead of apologizing they tell you that you need to hold on a second while they are still conversating with their friends on the phone. And then the same person you had the issue with wants to argue with you when you call to complain to a higher manager about it. Needless to say I never got to speak to a real manager but I did report this facility to the BBB, and I will never go to this location again.

A great area store, but they need to hire regular pepole.
