I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad, minus the Chicken ( I'm a practicing Vegetarian) and I was charged the same amount for the salad as if I ordered the Chicken. I did not receive compensation for the Chicken as an example: being offered a small fry or apple pie or soft drink in place of the Chicken or even a little more green salad. I have purchased this type of Salad at the East 55th location in Cleveland a few weeks ago, and when I asked to delete the Chicken on the salad, the lady stated that the cost of the salad would be $1 less than menu cost. I also ordered this salad at the W. 25th store (off pearl rd) and they also took off $1.What makes this poorly run store (I have frequent the store in the past..) different? To top it off, there were only a few pieces of green salad, the rest was white leaves and/or the hard white stem of the lettuce. Not a happy customer. I will not visit this McDonalds any more
