This place gets no stars from me first off if your natural like me do not go to bijoux they do not know how to manage natural hair I went there to get sengelese twist now I have or had a great amount of hair so therefore I expected my twist to be full but they weren't secondly I asked for the younger lady to do my hair because she was more gentle but this particular older lady insisted on doing it. Now me being natural I'm very careful with my hair I do not do heat I moisturize so much that my hair was naturally soft they told me they couldn't braid my hair like that so they washed it then they wanted to blow dry I told them I do not do heat they said they'll put it on low. Now once that was done I realized my hair was a completely different texture I have never seen it that dry and brittle. Then to make matters worse the broke through my hair with her comb I could actually hear the ripping. I am extremely mad because I have growing my natural hair for two years and it was healthy and long I'm afraid that it very much damaged after going to this shop I might even have to cut it again . Oh and the prices are extremely high ladies I advise you to go somewhere that will care for your hair while braiding it rather than a place like bijoux that will break your hair off and not even care as long as the braids look nice .
