Todd and his crew did a fabulous job on our trees. They got the job done fast, worked safe, and did a great job on the cleanup. He gave us a great price and they are all courteous. I would highly recommend American Arborist Tree Service. Todd came out to give us an estimate the same day we called, on taking down a very large oak tree that was only 15 feet from our house. They were fast, clean, and very professional.

Todd removed around 20 trees for us, including several that were 100 feet tall. He worked closely with us over several days. He is a professional with high standards and good judgment, who can plan and carry out a large project with excellent results. His crew were also very good to work with. His price was excellent, clean-up was superb, and he agreed to several changes along the way with flexibility and many useful suggestions. I highly recommend him.

Todd has done two jobs for us so far. He took out one sick tree and some bushes early last summer, and cleared almost 20 large weed trees around our property line last fall. My first observation is that he is very knowledgeable and skilled as an arborist. His advice on tree case was excellent, and he went out of his way to suggest ways to improve the work we asked him to do. He works safe, too. Beyond all that, we liked him a lot. He was very easy to work with. He tried hard to make sure that we got a good job and that we were satisfied. We thought his price was very reasonable and we think we got very good value. We recommend his service without reservation.

Amazing job! Another arborist I called for an estimate never even called me back! Todd came out on a Saturday to give an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what really needed to be done; definitely not just trying to gouge for extra money. The estimate was very reasonable. He was available to do the job very soon, showed up promptly with a pleasant, respectful team. they removed 7 trees and trimmed one to save our tree swing! After an amazing clean-up job, our yard looked better than it did before he arrived! This is definitely the one to call!!

Had a very large diseased white oak removed that was leaning over the house. American Arborist were the consumate professionals from estimate to project completion. They did everything as stated on the proposal and more. Other tree companies charge extra for topsoil, grading, and seeding the portions of the lawn that is damaged by equipment. Todd and his crew restored the yard and fixed everything to better than original condition with no extra charges. A great job by good people. American Arborist is highly recommended.

We contracted American Arborist Tree Service for the removal of a very large Silver Maple Tree in our back yard. Todd was the eminent professional, presenting us with an excellent quote, detailing all that the services and work it included, as well as contacting our neighbors to advise them of the upcoming removal. A good portion of the tree overhung our home, making removal more precarious, however with Todd and his teams expertise, they removed the tree successfully with no problems or damage. We also asked them to grind the very large stump that remained (it was 5 ft in diameter), and we were thrilled with the results. They took the time to grind not only the stump, but the large roots that grew throughout the yard. We could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the job, from the initial consultation, to the price, removal, grinding and subsequent cleanup. Called on a Wednesday evening, he came out that night for a estimate. He came out two days later to perform the work. Very polite and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I highly recommend this tree service - they do excellent work! Todd took down two 40-ft. pines and 5 large arborvitaes, removed all the stumps, and trimmed and shaped several shrubs, all in one day. The pines were very close to the house, but Todd showed his expertise in bringing them down cleanly and with no damage at all. And the shrubs look great - a truly professional job. Todd and his team used ropes to make sure that each limb they cut down did not take out my power or phone lines which were within feet of the tree. They even agreed to beat a competitor's price that came in lower. Very prompt, professional and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with.

I have already recommended AATS to many people. Todd, the owner, did a thorough walk through during the estimate (on a Sunday!) and explained everything perfectly. He was not pushy and really knew what he was talking about. Todd was on site the entire time with his crew and was very involved in the whole job. I would highly recommend this business. We had a 48-year-old sycamore tree in our small backyard. Todd and his crew were prompt, neat and efficient in taking the tree down and the price was very reasonable. They also pulled out some old shrubbery for us in the front of our house because we want to plant newer, smaller bushes. Todd was prompt and showed up when he said he would for the estimate and prompt on the day of the job. If you have tree work to be done, THIS is the company you want to do it!!!
