I recently completed a course with ESS. I highly recommend them for any DCJS required courses. Eagle supplies you with quality course materials and valuable in class instruction. You also get to participate in field training with this course. The instructor, Mark, is knowledgeable and personable. He truly wants his students to succeed.
The only boring part of the course I took at the training academy was the textbook provided. Some chapters are very wordy; not an easy read. You are allowed to read at your own pace, as there is so much more content to get through with PowerPoint slides, presentations, field simulations, and a joke here and there. DCJS-approved.
Just finished the PI class. The instructor was very knowledgeable. The live scenarios with the live actors were great. Class materials were up to date and easy to read.
In a seemingly male dominant industry, I was exceptionally pleased by Eagle Security Solutions and their diverse workforce. I was not prepared for the in depth, educational, and informative curriculum in their entry level Private Investigation Course. The instructor supplied real world experience to highlight every point covered in the training and I left with exceptional knowledge and tools as it applied to this career path. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to know more about this industry and/or to hone their developing skill sets.
Mark and his team at ESS are such a pleasure to work with. Their training academy is highly professional and allows for a relaxed environment that students can thrive in. They combine real world exercises with knowledgeable classroom learning to help students really grasp the information they are learning. Students walk away with a good foundation and resources to further their career.
I don't even know where to begin.. The Eagle Security Solutions Academy has to be the best academy I have ever attended. I have been in Law enforcement for years and retired I have been in security for even longer and I was seeking something bigger and more. With that said I have attended The police academy an academy for certain security divisions and Mark Dionne and his Crew are so professional, personable and a great company and team all around. Mark has taught me so many things that I could even use If I went back to Law enforcement but the Class I took was for Private Investigator. I plan on taking other courses from him as well. He has the best prices and you are definitely getting way more than what you paid for. he definitely is understanding but firm and very should be. He also is a pet lover like myself. The day I graduated from the academy hours later I lost My dog. this dog was my everything. When mark saw that I had lost him he posted a message to the class and myself sending his prayers and tributes to my boy. The classes are exciting, knowledgeable, professional and very intuitive. I wish that there was more stars to give the Eagle Security group but being awarded the best at the beach for 2020 would be even better. I highly encourage you to take his class or classes and vote for Eagle Security Solutions trust me you will understand. I want to personally Thank Mark, Erin and Kat for the amazing job you all have done to teach and guide us through this class. Simply Amazing.
I recently took the Personal Protection Specialist course at the ESS training academy and it was a really great experience. Instructor Mark Dionne is a highly experienced security professional across several disciplines and this was clear in his teaching. The practical exercises are immersive and feedback from instructor Dionne and his team is detailed, fair and enlightening. In future I will be attending other classes at this academy.
I took the Entry Level Private Investigator course at Eagle Security Solutions. I did not a background in law enforcement or the security sector but I felt very at ease with the curriculum. The instructor made me feel very confident with the skills and abilities I had retained at the end of the course.
I would recommend this class to anyone without hesitation that has an interest about being a Private Investigator.

The Private Investigator Course is an in-depth and hands on experience that will give you the knowledge that you need to begin working as a new investigator. Mark is a knowledgeable and experienced individual who also enjoys having fun. Highly recommend.
I just graduated from the Private Investigator course taught by instructor and owner Mark Dionne. It was an intense 60 hr course that included classroom instruction, real life practicals, a book report, research project, and a final report along with a final exam. Again it’s intense but well worth it! Mark is tough love type instructor but takes his time to make sure you understand the material and his staff is extremely friendly and helpful with great feedback. Def recommend Eagle Security Solutions to anyone interested in security

I had a really great experience with the ESS training academy! I recently took the PPS class and i can say Mark's hands on experience helped him keep even the classroom part of the course professional, engaging, and even fun. I'd highly recommend the ESS training academy!
Just completed the 44E Bail Enforcement certification course. I cannot say enough about Mark Dionne and the professional staff. From the very beginning, the class was professionally taught. Mark brought in a professional group to provide more in depth to the practical application phase of the training. If you are looking for a DCJS certification, look no further than Eagle Security Solutions, they will get it done!
ESS is highly recommended because they are knowledgeable about everything that is taught and very professional. Mark and Erin are awesome instructors and very helpful and understanding. Attended the Private Investigator class. This is my second class I've attended with ESS. Mark and Erin are truly passionate in what they do and they show it everyday. I've been to a few other schools around the area and ESS is among the best.

I just finished the private investigator class on Sunday and it was excellent! Mark does an outstanding job of make the class fun and interesting all while learning the skills and laws you need to be successful. Mark and Erin do a great job at ESS, I will be taking the bail enforcement class later this month and I plan on taking the PPS course also. I’m excited and extremely happy with my training and can’t wait to start putting it to use!

Knowledagble, Personalized learning environment for Security industry professionals.
#1. Evening classes. I really did not want to take a weeks’ vacation in order to complete this requirement. I was able to integrate this class’ schedule into my pre-existing work/life schedule without sacrificing my leave time.
#2. Prompt response and follow through. I contacted several schools, several ways over many days and Eagle was friendly and prompt in answering all my questions. I have taken and completed the classes and one school has not gotten back to me yet.
#3. The real deal. Although I was a complete novice going into this training I was hopeful that I would learn how to become a good private investigator. This is not a Pay-to-Stay class that will hand you a credential once the charge goes through. This is a comprehensive, detailed and rigorous course. It is an adult learner class for adult learners.
