If you want to waste your time AND money, Mower Medic is for you! After initially telling me that it would be 7-10 days to get to my mower, it actually took three weeks - and that only after I'd called three times to check on it. Then, when it was finally done, they didn't call me - I happened to call yet AGAIN to find it was ready to be picked up. Thankfully, when I DID pick it up, it didn't work any better than when I dropped it off. Got it home, started it up and...it didn't cut the grass. In fact, the blade wouldn't engage at all. I should have just lit the $95 on fire in my backyard and saved myself two trips, three weeks, and four phone calls. On the plus side, they also didn't call me back when I left a message advising them that they had failed to repair my mower. The complete experience!

I brought my Ryobi trimmer to another repair shop and they said they won't work on anything they don't sell. They referred me to Mower Medic. I went there and they fixed my trimmer. They were very friendly and made me feel like I was a long term customer. I will be from now on!

Took my mower to another shop and they acted like my business wasn't worth their time. They told me that my mower wasn't worth messing with. I went to Mower Medic, as a last resort, and they made me feel like my business was important to them. My mower was fixed three days later below the estimated price that was quoted to me. When I picked up my mower, I bought a new Stihl trimmer and swore that all of my future business will go to Mower Medic. These guys are good.
