Ed's carries some of the best lawn equipment you can buy, and their staff is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, and even the equipment they don't sell. They may not seem friendly at first, but when you begin asking questions, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's almost as though they want you to look around in a hassle free environment, rather than push a "used car salesman" approach on every customer. My philosophy is to support these local businesses, because if we don't, they won't be there when our equipment breaks in the future. Don't buy the big box crappy equipment, support local business and places like Ed's will be there for you in the future.
I appreciated the good customer service and information I was given. Not many people do that nowadays. Bought a Husqvarna trimmer here and got good advice and good service.
I have had nothing but great experience at Ed's. I purchased a new Honda mower from them a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research before hand and knew exactly what model I wanted. They took some time with me to go over the mower controls and features before I headed out with my new mower. To my surprise, there were a few features that I didn't know about that they showed me. I also chatted with one of their technicians about string trimmers while I was there. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products that they carry. He took the time to show and explain all of the models I asked about. I will be returning to Ed's for my future lawn equipment needs. As a customer, walking in with a good attitude and treating the employees with respect goes a long way in my opinion. I received the same respect and good attitude from the employees at Ed's.
Been coming here for over 25 years. Always helpful with a great satisfaction of equipment. Guys in the parts departments really know their stuff. Great job, thanks!

Awesome store!!! Friendly staff and extremely helpful. Fair prices and the payment options are outstanding. The owner personally helped me pick-out my very first riding lawnmower. Needless to say I found my one stop shop for all my lawn care needs in the Dallas area!!!
Ed's offers the best service in the area by far. I have dealt with 1/2 dozen other companies in the same business and no other compares to the quality of Ed's.

I have come to Ed's a few times and every time is better than the last. They just keep getting better.
Lots of variety in lawnmowers. Even have used lawn mowers at a great price.
