      A Single pebble is a Chinese restaurant, specializing in serving a comprehensive range of food items cooked in the traditional Chinese Szechuan style. Located in Burlington Vt., the restaurant s menu includes an array of authentic Chinese dishes in categories, such as small dishes, noodles and rice, soups, bean bake and vegetables dishes and lunch menu. It also serves a selection of teas, including Oolong, jasmine, black lichee and special gunpowder. Additionally, the restaurant provides a variety of beverages. A Single Pebble was voted best restaurant in Vermont in the year 2004.
