best service in town

Bought a 2011 Highlander and I LOVE the car. Was VERY disappointed with the way that the sales manager handled my trade in and the advertised specials that they had at the time. Was supposed to be up to 5000.00 above the blue book price of your trade in and he offered me 3000.00 LESS!! After hours of wheeling and dealing they paid me blue book price for my trade in, only gave me 500.00 military discount instead of the ADVERTISED 1500.00. Told me over the phone that he would give me "the internet price" that was supposed to be a 500.00 discount. DIDN'T GET IT. Said they couldn't since they had given me so much for my trade. They were running a "no payments for 90 days DIDNT HAPPEN. And if I wanted to do their 500.00 refer a friend they were going to ADD the 500.00 to my sale. In a nutshell, they only honor their advertised when it is convenient for them. I ended up paying 10,000.00 LESS than what their first offer was. So be careful. Hopefully the warranty was worth it!!
