We stayed at this rv park for a long period of time. We found the manager that works the office to be very rude and unwilling to do her "job". We were told that our monthly rate would be lowered at the end of summer and as the end of summer approached we were informed it would not be lowered after all. I feel like they are price gouging and being greedy! There are also a lot of scetchy residence that stay here long term. It makes you feel unsafe! And don't waste your time making complaints in the office cause they act like they could careless! This is why we no longer stay here and we do not recommend it to anyone!

We stayed at this RV Park, and found it to be ok for an overnight stay, as we were visiting Denver and we stayed at this RV park over a short period of time, and found the manager in the office to be very knowledgeable and very professional as well as courteous..AS far as the unkeep of the grounds we found them to be very unkept and we even experienced the water being shut off for 2 days, as to anywhere else, the maintenance crew would come around and let you know or notices were posted on your RV, we found this to be a very inconvenience to us. On another note, the appearance of the maintenance man is disgusting, his clothes were trashy and looked unclean, not a professional at all. So, I would only recommend an overnight stay, not any longer.
