Garage door spring broken ,called at 6 am and a real person answered I was floored .was told be aroundc5 pm . He showed up fixed my 35 year oldd 18 ft door and charge was reasonable .

I just got homefrom work one morning and my garage door was totally out of its tracks. It was too heavy to move so I called A+ Garage Door Repair. They were out in an hour and had the door down and the repair made in a very short time. The price was very reasonable and the technician was very polite and courteous. Thank you for fixing my door.

I've never had to call for a garage door repairman before, but I'll never have to call another one. My garage door has been failing for several months, but as long as it would open/close I ignored the warning signs. Last night when closing it, on the left side, the track pulled the bolt out of the wall and bent all out of whack, and on the other side the steel cable came unwound off of its coil, and the garage door was cockeyed half open, half closed. It looked like a car ran into it... I called A+ Garage Door Repair at 6:30 PM, a technician was on-site at 7:00 PM, and my garage door was fully repaired and working like brand new by 7:50 PM. He was literally running to his truck and back to my garage whenever he needed tools. I couldn't believe what a fast and complete job he did in less than one hour. Considering the state the door was in before he arrived, I thought I'd have to replace the entire door at around $1500.00. His hourly rate was miraculously fair - I hesitate to share the number because if his prices change I don't want to cause confusion. I will say I expected to pay much more for the late evening dispatch, but A+ Garage Door seems to care more about making a customer for life than taking advantage of them for a one-time service call.
