Well, I had a great experience when I needed a new part for the car. Gerald Duncan in Parts was friendly over the phone AND helpful in finding out exactly what I needed for a used Dodge Nitro from another lot I had bought. He took my order over the phone at 4pm and it arrived the following morning (which is pretty sweet, that missing part's been bugging me since I got the car last week.) When I went to pick it up, he walked out to the car to make sure it was the right one and answered a ton of my questions for an additional light kit and running boards for the vehicle. I got quotes right then and there and overall the experience was really good.
