Our A/C appeared to not be working. Rick was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He suggested different things that may help. He took care of an item that wasn't part of the service call. I will request Rick again in the future!

My ac unit gave out before the 4th of July. Sally at Jim's was quick to schedule a time to look at the unit. When it was determined it needed to be replaced, Jim's sent Bruce in to evaluate what I needed. He took the time to check out my home and asked about my summer power bills. He spent 1.5 hours inspecting everything. When it was time to discuss options, he gave me three options based on price, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He explained how a heat pump worked, and explained options for financing. At every step of the way, he explained what to expect, and what type of follow up I would get. When the installation day came, it was quick and the installers did not bother my routine at all. They made sure they were not tracking dirt into the house, and were very courteous. After the installation, Bruce scheduled an inspection of the work. It was great, quick and helpful. This was a big purchase, and unexpected. Bruce was so helpful! I would not hesitate to go back!

We received several estimates from other companies to repair or replace our failed A/C. Mark at Jim's Heating and Cooling not only provided a competitive bid but provided compelling information on reasonable options. His no pressure high information approach was very comfortable. When it came time to install the new A/C, Dwight and has partner got the job done very cleanly and professionally. This is the third A/C system we have had in our home of 33 years and the first one that has actually been able to cool the house and keep it cool without running constantly. Everyone we dealt with at Jim's were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend Trane and Jim's Heating and Cooling. (Their 60 month interest-free financing plan is pretty cool too!)

6/30/14 I contacted Jim's and talked to Jana who set up an appointment to have my air conditioning unit looked at since it was not blowing cold air. Nathan came out to the house shortly thereafter and helped me get it running again. Last October I had a new furnace installed by Jim's and had a great experience. Each time the service, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff has been great. Nathan went over a few options with me to let me decide on the best course of action and took care of it quickly and efficiently. I would not consider calling anyone else!

Very professional technicians, I have always been pleased with the work they do. I have used Jim's for all my heating and cooling needs as well as having a furnace and water heater replaced. Love the gas fireplace insert they put in last fall. All the employees I have had contact with have been very helpful and accommodating.

From sale, installation, and service, the job got done. I could see from the attitude of all team members that, as a customer, my installation was important. There was a problem with the condenser unit that had been installed. I sent a picture of the defect to Mark, our comfort consultant, and he responded in a very short time. Manual A. also called with in minutes of Mark's call and asked me if they could come out at 1 PM and replaced the unit with another new one. Everything was completed early in the afternoon and they made sure I was satisfied. I will use Jim's Heating & Cooling for all of my systems maintenance needs.

Jim's Heating and Cooling installed a Trane for us and did the sloppiest job I have ever seen! 60 months no interest offered but yet would not give discount for paying cash. Unit was not only installed backwards but is also not level!! Biggest eyesore I have ever seen! Would NOT recommend to my friends!!!! I will give them one star only because the house is cooler.
