Dr. Mashoof provided the intelligent approach I was looking for and his assistant, Michelle, completed restorative work that exceeded my expectations.

Due to my understanding that amalgam fillings contain mercury which is toxic to the body, I am happy that Dr. Mashoof uses other more advanced materials for fillings. Also, this office does not use fluoride, another toxic substance. The recommended products have essential oils which are excellent for rinsing the mouth.

Having TMJ issues due to orthodontic work in my early teens, Dr. Mashoof has now correctly fitted me with a night guard. He has explained how it will work, how the material makes a difference, how to correctly place my lower jaw to relax while I sleep and during the day as well.

Also, my husband is also now a patient of Dr. Mashoof. Dr. Mashoof has taken the best of care in pulling an advanced decayed tooth in which a crown was placed from another dentist in WA. Then an excellent bone graft was applied and Dr. Mashoof had my husband wait for the bone and tissue to heal properly. Recently, the procedure for the implant was completed. Over and above other dentists, Dr. Mashoof properly prepared and sanitized the room as well as my husband to maintain a super-sanitary operating area for the implant procedure. Now, we will await time for healing around the implant to then place the final tooth. These steps have been extraordinary in making sure all is done safely, and allowing the body to heal in between the procedures. Also, Dr. Mashoof has prescribed homeopathic pain relief products to assist the entire body to relieve his pain as well as properly heal.

Dr. Mashoof even attended an advanced training in Germany in orthodontics. I know this extra knowledge helped him to provide me with the best of care for my TMJ issues.

His is always willing to spend time answering your questions in a calm, compassionate and professional manner, which in my experience, is very rare. He keeps current on the latest techniques and science in holistic dentistry and orthodonture. He looks for solutions that are effective, low-risk and non-toxic, which again, is rare in the dental industry. He is flexible, kind and very easy to work with. I recommend him highly.
