Every person in the office was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

The office and staff are very friendly and caring.

I arrived to office early, had completed all forms online prior to my visit, there were 2 people in waiting room. It took over one hour to be seen by the doctor. No apology nor explanation was offered by doctor nor staff. My actual appointment took less than 5 minutes. When I asked why there was such a delay, i was given a ridiculous reason that they “had a new system “. The “system “ had nothing to do with this delay, there were 3 people in waiting room and we had all finished our paperwork!
