For the short time SPS has been operating this facility, they have been ok. They provide reminders at the beginning of the month, but the late fee is a bit high ( in my opinion).

Security Public Storage is the best company that I have experienced thus far! Unlike the former storage companies, Security took the time to explain the billing and other things that I needed to know. They even went over how I can get discounts on my monthly bill! The staff is really nice, polite, and very patient. They are all around wonderful. You will be more than satisfied.

The service is excellent at your Pulaski Hwy. location in Baltimore, MD Unit 3060
I rent at the Pulaski Highway location for 3 years. It's great to have climate control & the convenience of driving into the facility to load & unload. Everyone seems to have an upbeat attitude & is very helpful & courteous. You also have the ability to choose from a variety of unit sizes & to change from one to the other if needs be.
