      General Info
      Founded more than 80 years ago, Shorr Packaging provides paper and packaging products. Established in 1922 as the Illinois Wholesale Company, the company originally sold supplies to bakeries and grocery stores. By the late 1960s, Shorr became experts at the distribution of industrial packaging, retail packaging and maintenance supplies. Its offers 24-hour emergency repairs, complete rebuilds, custom modifications, operator training, replacement parts, routine maintenance as well as start-ups and installations. Shorr services machinery such as bagging systems, banders, strappers, carton erectors, case sealers as well as case and tray formers, coding systems, shrink wrap equipment, stretch wrappers and void fill systems. Shorr Packaging is located in Aurora, Ill.
