I called and talked to Mike about my 2005 Honda Accord radio problem. He took the time to explain what my issue was as a result of changing my car battery. Since I bought my car used a few months ago I didn't know about some of the features my car had. He invited me to stop by for quick visit with the assurance he would take care of me at no charge. When I stopped by he showed what to do and had me ready to go in just a few minutes. It was pretty neat seeing a cafe in a dealership and he even got me a Coke. I think I will do my service here with Mike in the future. Mike and I had a nice talk and compared prices of maintenance to other places. I was surprised that Vandergriff Honda prices are right there with everybody else. Great place and great people! Thanks Mike and I will see you next oil change.

I went in for some routine maintenance and was greeted at the door by Chris Gonzales. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He told me how much it would cost before hand, and though I had to wait a bit he accurately told me how long I would be waiting. I enjoyed a snack along with a free drink and comfortably waited while watching t.v. and using their free wifi.

Service Advisor Mike Symank was great! Brought in my Odyssey for warranty work and was in and out in one day. Make an appointment and they send you reminders via email and again when it is ready to pick up so you are not standing around.

I was very satisfied with my service and will defnitely be going back. Tracy Shipman was my serviceman and he was very honest and professional which I appreciate.

i.e., A local favorite, orI called the dealership for a new battery for my Odyssey. Mike Symank helped me on the phone and I learned about the 100 month warranty on Honda batteries! SCORE! When I pulled up Veron Shorter greeted me in Express Service like I was a long lost friend, then Howard Russell helped me out and got me taken care of quickly. Im now rolling with the kiddos with no battery concerns. While I was there, I spoke with Breck Lowe about some paint concerns and he was very understanding, Patrick Jordan talked to me about my used Odyssey value and I now have dreams of a new one someday. Veron Shorten and Miss Pattie both helped me and were very polite they gave me water and I enjoyed the really nice waiting area. Maybe when I come to trade in my old car he can help me with a trade in or maybe even a new car!!

Today I came in to get my first oil change on my orange 2012 Honda Fit. I was quickly greeted by my service advisor Edgar Gonzalez who took care of my car needs. He is one of the most respectful, courteous, and caring individuals I have ever met at a dealership and did not keep me or my 10 month old son waiting too long. He made sure that everything was good and safe for my car, which shows he is definitely here to take care of Honda's customers.
