He is thorough, polite and gives attention to detail in everything he does (carpets, air duct cleaning, etc.) I never contemplate using any other service because with the outstanding service from Kiwi, there just isn't any reason to.

ive been with Kiwi for over three years now everytime they have come out to my house they have donne an excellent job. I have used them for carpet cleaning, tile and grout also carpet repair every time they have done a great job.

I have used Kiwi Services, Inc. in the past to clean my carpets and have found them to be very professional in setting up an appointment at a time convenient to me. Their workers have been very courteous and helpful in explaining what they are doing as well as answering my questions and giving me suggestions about how to maintain my clean carpets. I also took advantage of their guarantee and had several rooms cleaned again at the $4 per room rate. I have a new appointment now to have other rooms cleaned and look forward to the same positive experience.

I am very excited and happy to say that I have been a Kiwi customer for several years. Their technicians are always professional, offer additional services that I may not have thought about that I may need. They offer great prices on the spot or provide quotes and are very reasonable. I also appreciate that they offer great deals and are willing to help in times of need where our personal budget may not fit in with having to have our carpets cleaned when necessary. They also provide services for repairing carpet which is so nice, you don't have to have two differant companies come out to your house. The same technician that cleans also does the repairs. They are wonderful! They use a dry system which will not have carpets dirty within a week. I only use them. On time and courteous.

Kiwi service personnel are always within the time frame given and have been thorough about walk throughs and asking about any stains before beginning the clean. Daniel in particular did a very nice job last time even though I only had him do a basic clean. Carpets dry quickly, look clean and are fresh! Thanks Kiwi.

I've utilized Kiwi's carpet cleaning services on multiple occasions and been very pleased with each experience. Their call center agents have been very pleasant and helpful and their service agents have always been on time. My carpets have been cleaned to my satisfaction and when I've asked the agent to re-address a particular area of carpet, they have done so with no hesitation. I appreciate the quality and timely service!

They do not mention that to get the $4.00 per room for repeat cleaning that you must pay a "trip charge". It is written, but not pointed out like they do the $4.00 per room. I have always objected to this type of advertising because it is mis-leading. Much like a bait and switch. It is not bad to pay a trip charge only don't hide it... and other than that the service was reasonable.
