I will assists ALL parties to negotiate their OWN settlement by resolving their differences by using a method called "alternative dispute resolution" which does NOT involved lawyers. Courthouse visits. High fees. Or long delays. MY role is to assist communications by being impartial and neutral while encouraging the process needed to reach an agreement in a voluntarily and informed manner within a safe environment. NOT because of coercion or intimidation. The goal is to help ALL parties to BE heard. Understood. To define the issues. Developed options. And work towards an agreement (resolution) that is mutually satisfactory to ALL. Information shared in mediation stays confidential between the parties attending and is generally NOT admissible in ANY subsequent court or other contested proceeding. ANY agreements reached in mediation CAN BE written into a legal document. And will BE considered legally binding after ALL parties involved sign that they agree.
