I took my BMW 330i to Performance Collision after it was in a minor wreck. Not only did they fail to follow-up with me (I had to call them three times before someone called me back), but it took them a month to fix the car. After I finally got it back, I was on the highway headed out of town and noticed smoke coming out the back of the car. I pulled into a gas station and there was transmission fluid flowing out the bottom of my car. I had to have it towed back to Indianapolis and my repair shop discovered my transmission housing had been cut by Performance Collision when they were fixing it. They also discovered that one of the support rods in the suspension was bent from the wreck and never fixed by Performance. So now I have a BMW with a messed up transmission and a bent rod. All thanks to Performance Collision. I know this could be a one in a million thing, but for anyone reading this - please think twice before sending it to these folks.
