Doris and Johnny Maples are the proud working owners of Flap Jacks along with their mentor Pete and Debora Avgerinos. The original Flap Jacks Pancake House was opened in 2002 just outside Indianapolis. There are 6 locations throughout central Indiana. We manage the 10th Street & Zionsville locations.
