This company buys run down properties, throws a coat of paint on them and never properly repairs anything, their units are overpriced and they try to get people to rent them with the promise of repairs. They constantly lose service orders, lie, cheat and steal. They pray on people looking for affordable housing, their employees quit once they find out the company's bad practices. The cities need to stop giving them rental licenses and anyone forced to live in their units should get attorneys. they will try and charge you for repairs that have nothing to do with you.they spend more money sending multiple contractors out to make bids and never return, to fix anything.
