I went look at a truck camper. I was there three times. After asking for the bottom "out the door" cost, I discovered there was no radio and the slide on the camper did not seem to be working correctly. I made an offer, slightly less then the "out the door" cost, put money down and was told (more than once) that I would get a call the following day. I waited THREE DAYS for a call back. Never did get a call. After waiting three days, I called and asked for the salesman to call me back. No one returned my call. I have been in the customer service industry for 30+ years! This company has no clue what customer service is if they can not make a simple phone call. I called back asking for the salesman again. Once again I was told he was with a customer. I went back to this dealership and got my deposit back. I will not recommend this company at all. I will not be back there again. No respect for people or customers if a simple phone call is too much to ask! Terrible salesmanship! Zero stars!

They will never call you back to keep you updated on their progress. They don't care about their customers and have no one that can help you when you call to find out if your camper has been fixed. They have had my camper for a month and half to replace a window. I had to call and find out when it would be do. They could not tell me and did not call be back after I asked them to find out. I wish I could give them -5 star ratting.

Called on a Tuesday for an appointment on a Thursday for tires, battery, and propane top off. I also needed wiring run for backup camera (I supplied those parts when I dropped off the rv). I had heard nothing so I called at end of business the following Tuesday to check in. Work hadn't begun and they said it would be at least 2 weeks which was not communicated to me when I dropped off the rv. Why not have me pay, they order the parts, and then set up an appointment when they arrive to install? (I'm having a stereo installed at best buy and this what they do)? Why do I need to call and check rather than be informed if the work is taking awhile (my auto mechanic does this regularly)? Why would the unit have sat with them for 5 business days with no work done? Why does a supposedly full service rv center need 2 weeks for standard tires, standard battery, and propane? These seem to be nice folks with a family run establishment. However slow service and poor communication are not acceptable in today's marketplace. I plan on going elsewhere in the future and recommend you do the same.

I love how people complain about how slow service is, like they are the only customer and Kramer's has every repair part in stock. Every time I've brought our camper in, the work has been done right the first time, on time and the cost has always been as quoted.

Purchased a 5th wheel and a few services. It was a nice experience. The sales were always ready to help and we did get a great deal. The people were very nice, I never saw a rude action to my family or others. I will continue to use them. I just did not have the type of service the others here are speaking about.

Well if you want to buy a new camper dont go to kramer kampers as they have very rude people that dont call you back and trying to get service on your new rv u bought takes weeks even months not a good business company at all

The Customer Service is not good and the service is not good takes to long for them to get back at you I have filed a complant im tired of this . Seems like they need more help instead of one person answering the phone and not getting answers at all except I have not had time to check im sorry or the VM always kicking on everytime u call.

NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

bought a new 2013 travel trailer from Kramers and seems to get any kind of service is a real Joke, We called all day and it went to Voice mail no one called us back until called 12 times in a row then they picked up the phone and hung it up. You can never talk to the service department as I think they have 2 people in the place that work in service not a good start im ready to write to the BBB and let them know as well as my Bar Assoc. to see what I can do about this kind of service and start off with a customer.

For anyone who owns a camper or RV of any sort, NEVER EVER take IT TO KRAMERS KAMPERS IN ZION!!! I have never received such poor customer service4 on my entire life. They have had our pop up for 12 days now for a repair that should have taken 1 day and no one can tell us why, but we do no it is still not done. It has taken so long that we now have lost the buyer we had for the camper and have to start from scratch, if we ever get it back. SO VERY ANGRY!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could. They have had our pop up for 11 days for a simple repair and it is still not done and no one can tell us why or when it will be done. Do not use this place!

We recently took our camper out camping after not using it for a year due to medical issues. We had stored the camper after picking it up from Kramer's for repairs to our toilet water system. When we got to the campground we went to hook up the water and turned it on. We had water pouring out in the bathroom of the camper. We shut the water off and needless to say had to camp with no water all weekend. We tried to get ahold of Kramers but no answer, contacted Burtlington RV and they said to drop it off on sunday and they would take care of it on Monday. We dropped it off and imagine our surprise when they contacted us about the camper. Kramers in hooking back up the toilet, busted one of the floor bolts and tried to cover it up. Also, the fitting (where the water was pouring out from) was smashed and installed at an angle. Needless to say we had to pay over 300.00 to get this all fixed after paying Kramer's 200.00 the first time. We picked up the camper and contacted Kramer's. The individuals were very rude there and said as we did not bring the camper back to them to get repaired then they were not responsible for the damage done to the camper. Why would I bring my camper to a place that damaged it in the first place. They refuse to refund the money we paid them and also what we had to pay Burlington. I guess we will see them in court. We also have contacted the Better Business Bureau to give them a negative rating.

would not recomend this business for purchase of a used camper to my worst enemy.sold us a broken refriderater, and have been trying to fix it since the beginning of may Kramers does not return phone calls,and now told us its a used camoerthey promised us everything would workand the fridge was broken upon delivery
