Due to no fault but my own, I owed a debt. It was placed with Armor Systems Corp. I contacted them to take care of the balance and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite.

I would not recommend this company to any business looking for a collection agency. If you want to collect monies use a different collection agency. Most of the employees I have interacted have been very rude from the beginning of our conversations. I have been trying to settle an account where there where extenuating circumstances and it has been going on for about a year now. I was very pleasant and called them to clear up this account. The first time the came back with one settlement for a higher dollar amount and the second time they tell me the terms are accepted by the original creditor and then I call back and it's a different story once again. I'm a very tired consumer trying to "CLEAR" an account up. It's been exhausting!!!
