Billy is by far the most unreliable and sheisty man in this service. He diagnosed my computer WRONG and stated he couldn't do a certain job on it that he promised for weeks had been done. He never answered my phone calls to receive my computer back and lied about doing certain things to it. Long story short, his excuses ran low and he didn't do a damn thing to my computer but tear it completely apart and return it with missing parts. I reported him ... my friend warned me before using himbc he never returned any of her calls for repair services ... DON'T USE HIM

Fair pricing with good service. I like how fast my computer was fixed and it cost A LOT less than anywhere else. I refer them to anyone 100%! Only complaint is the background noise every time I called, it always sounded like a busy store.
