It has been decades since we've witnessed this level of work ethic. Cool Biz Air Conditioning and Heating and its owners Chris and his wife Candi are the most knowledgeable, professional, kind, and compassionate people in this cold, uncaring, greedy world. First off it's always a plus when you have someone that has a passion for the field that they're in, they love what they do, and then a passion to help people. I interviewed three companies, and without sharing the other two names, but suffice to say larger companies with well dressed smooth talking salesmen with great big smiles, driving big fancy trucks, and a whole lot of double talk. So, hence wisdom told us to contact Cool Biz, and Thank God we did. We learned that our home should never have PASSED INSPECTION based on the way that the air-conditioner was jammed into a corner in our laundry room & wasn't even hooked up properly to the plenum. The interesting thing here is that when we moved in, we had a home inspection and were told that he fixed that problem. So much for unethical home inspectors and also unethical home seller that said that there were no disclosures until after the contract was signed, and then she said, that she never had heat or cold coming from one end of the house, hence the plenum wasn't properly hooked up but she didn't want to pay the four hundred dollars to fix it, regardless of getting a full price offer that she wouldn't sell at until we gave her 5K more yes, OH HOW I PRAY IT ALL COMES BACK ONE DAY! (BTW it's the ones with money who always want to screw you) So, after meeting some of the most unethical, cold, greedy, evil people in the world, when we came across Chris and Candi, we knew we WON THE LOTTERY! Chris made a custom unit and put new ductwork in to meet our needs, & now our electric bills will be cheaper, and we have a home that will pass code inspection. He gave us the best unit Lenox & almost half the price! GOD BLESS THIS FAMILY IN FATHOMLESS MEASURE ALWAYS.

i.e., AI called this company on Wednesday 12/30/09, I was told that a switch needed replaced but they could not replace it until it went all the way out on my heater/ac unit. On Fri. 1/1/10 I called again and Kevin came out to :"replace" the switch. I was also talked into replacing my thermostat that I'm not sure I "needed". On Fri. night my heat went out again. The add for this comp. says that they have Sat. hrs. 8a.m. -1p.m. I called at 8, 9 and again at 10. No one answered. I finally found another number and called only to find out that they DO NOT have weekend hrs and the women was NOT helpful at all. She "said" she tried the guy that worked on my unit but could not get in touch with him. I am now forced to call another company. I would NOT refer this company to anyone! I feel totally taken advantage of being a singe senior citizen. local favorite, or highly recommended because
