I have been doing business with AAA for years, the folks that work there are courteous and prompt. Their prices are great, they deliver quickly and remove old appliances with no hassle. Any issues I have had with an appliance I have bought from them was addressed quickly and professionally. I recommend this business to my friends.

I wish I had read these reviews before I called them for service. They gladly took my money for a service call then never called me back with a time or price to fix my washer. When I went to see them they got very defensive and out right lied about calling me. Any calls wre made by me.

I finally had to call Sears, my washer was a Kenmore, and when they came to look at our washer they told me that what AAA had told us was wrong with it was not correct.

Don't waste your time or money on them. Check with the Chamber of Commerce in Zephryhills for a reputable company.

BUYER BEWARE, This appliance store and it's father, daughter owners are complete habitual liars, complied with there disgusting roach infested broken down used appliances are the worst ghetto people in business. From July to January numerous complaints went unanswered, ignored and when they did answered excuse after excuse were given, appointments broken for repairs to why the refrigerator wasn't clean and more importantly how they could they send any appliance with live roaches crawling all inside. I've had hundreds of dollars of food go bad during the holidays because of their constant lies. They never kept repair appointments plus the daughter acted surprised that the refrigerator came filthy and full of roaches, she claimed she personally wiped out the refrigerator. Finally after hundreds of dollars spent on food spoiled and hiring a professional exterminator and chemicals they sent a repairman who told us that the refrigerator wasn't checked and was sold defective, said they had another refrigerator he knew was in good condition. So I waited no refrigerator delivered, so I here we go again, I called and was told a refrigerator would be delivered the next day, cleaned are roach free, more lies. The delivery man pulled up with a refrigerator completely different from what we were described, I had in hand my bug spray and asked the driver if this refrigerator was cleaned and roach free, so he said he was just the delivery man, so I stepped onto the truck first thing I see is a roach,so I called the office to tell them that this refrigerator was just as dirty and Roach infested and no business should be delivering to anyone's home, I requested our money back to only be told that they weren't going to do anything, in fact she called her driver to ask him how I found out about the roaches and to tell him to take back the refrigerators and leave. We asked for our money back and that wasn't going to happen, however neither was I going to give them there refrigerators, my internship is to clean and debug and sell the refrigerators. Oh I did forget to mention that she offered me a refrigerator from there more upscale store to which I declined.

i wish i didn't have to give this business, if you can call it that, one star. its undeserved. the owner gave me the runaround about returning $125 cash i paid for a dishwasher which never left the store in my possession. i fixed my own dishwasher and returned in three days for my money back and the owner told me he didn't have the money and I'd have to return in a week. His daughter told me he took a four day trip, i consider his trip was on my dime. I told her holding my money and not returning it immediately was stealing. When i did return, he paid me $100 and said that was all he had and told his daughter i was the one that called her a thief. She jumped up yelling and told him to take the money back and give me store credit. She told me i was no christian lady. Really? Her dad watched her tirade amused and the male employees stood behind them like henchmen. I intend to file a report with the better business bureau and tell of my bad experience with this shady, bullyish business to the local newspapers, give them a bad review on yahoo and google, ect. They have no shame and no conscious and give small business owners a bad name in zephyrhills. Hopefully, If they don't get any customers, nobody will be taken advantage of or disrespected and they'll file bankruptcy. it would be true justice.

Every excuse under the sun, except the truth. They couldn't even muster up the motivation to pretend to care. This was a great experience gone terribly wrong. The person I initially spoke to kept forgetting to do very simple things; things that any good business person recognizes is a behavior that supports their business. There was no follow-up and chronic finger pointing. I'm not even sure who is in charge there. I told them I had the money ready and it took them a whole day to give me the address. After delivery (in which the same guy broke the door to my w/d closet [ yes, you did because I was staring straight at you]) they realized the dryer had the wrong plug type. I was told "This happens all the time, I'll fix it. I would now but... I'll bring it tomorrow." 3 "tomorrows" and more excuses than I care to recount later, A guy brings the cord 4 hours late... But doesn't install it, citing that he was simply doing the other store a favor and it was them that were the lazy ones (irony). I called the original contact, Chris, to voice my concerns and to get someone out here to fulfill AAA's warranty promise only to be met with more "I don't know" and "I tried to call" BS. As a small business owner, I am ashamed to be considered economically analogous to AAA Appliance. They are an embarrassment to honest, hard working business people who set forth warranties and actually stand behind them. I will never do business with AAA or anyone associated with them. The fact that Google groups poor and fair in the same box is an overstatement for AAA. Their service could easily be outmatched by an overnight budget gas station attendant with the IQ of a slug. Don't let the price fool you, they are not worth it and I have $300 worth of useless dryer to prove it. Find another local refurbished appliance vendor.
