Zebulon Middle School serves more than 900 students in grades six through eight. The school is a part of Wake County Schools and is located in Zebulon, N.C. Its parent-teacher association promotes various programs for students, teachers and parents. The school offers various special education and gifted and talented programs. Its core areas of education include language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school also provides classes in health, physical education, computer studies, art, music, drama, dance, vocational education, foreign language and media. Zebulon Middle School has an athletics department that offers sports programs, including cheerleading, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and track and field. It also has various clubs and organizations, such as student council, step team, voice of the cougar, the cougar roar newspaper and technology club.
